Common questions

My progress disappeared.
Progress is stored on your device only. Deleting and reinstalling the app clears it, and we have no backup.

Does the app work offline?
Yes. Every question is included in the app.

Why can I only answer 50 questions a day?
The free plan includes 50 questions per day. The count resets at midnight in your local time. A subscription removes the daily limit.

How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open the Settings app on your device, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.

I subscribed but the app still shows the free plan.
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases. If that does not work, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
